小弟我是月底準備退伍的新鮮人 今天到和和機械面試 談到薪資制度部分的時候 主管跟我說 假設一個月新水是30000 那我前兩個月的10號只會拿到20000 在第二個月的25號會拿到剩下的20000 稱為雙月獎金 而這雙月獎金還會看你的考核和部門業績再去乘以其倍率 比如說個人考核85分(*1.05) 業績好(*1.1) 那就變成20000*1.05*1.1=23100 我當下是覺得很奇怪 怎麼會有月薪在考核的 可是他又跟我說滿多公司都是這種制度 想請問各為前輩真的很常聽到這種制度嗎? 還是我孤陋寡聞? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.165.164.84 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406199493.A.F7A.html
