矽品董事董監改選 宣明智出任獨立董事

IC封測廠矽品日前完成董監改選，矽品董事長林文伯續任，其中新增三位獨立董事，聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智首次出次，協助矽品營運持續茁壯成長。

另二位獨立董事分別為東海大學國貿系教授林財丁及台中科技大學財稅系教授沈維民。

矽品日前股東會也通過去年盈餘每股配發1.8元現金股息，以今日收盤價49元計算，現金殖利率3.7%。

矽品董事會稍早二度上修今年資本支出至180億元，增幅22%。

矽品今年的資本支出會集中在第2季和第3季陸續裝機，估計有一半以上的資本支出，會在第3季產生效果，最新調升的資本支出項目，預定第4季產生效應。
