毆老婦男投案 警傷害罪送辦

（中央社記者王鴻國基隆市3日電）7旬鍾姓老婦行經自來街時遭機車騎士痛毆，警方獲報展開偵辦，打人的陳姓男子今天下午向警方投案，被依傷害罪函送法辦。

75歲鍾姓婦人4月28日下午4時左右行經自來街時，險遭機車撞上。雙方引發口角，騎士竟毆打老婦成傷。警方獲報後積展開追查。

警方調查，根據調閱監視器錄影畫面及訪查，鎖定家住基隆信義區年約30歲的的陳姓男子，經策動親友，陳嫌今天下午約2時到派出所投案。

據陳嫌供稱，他因為失業，再加上失戀，使得他情緒不穩定，案發時疑因情緒一時失控，才會做出不當行為，事後也深感後悔。

鍾婦被通知到派出所指認時，陳嫌雖一再道歉，但鍾婦仍堅提告訴，雙方未達成和解，訊後，警方依傷害罪嫌將陳嫌函送法辦。1030503
